A presentation on my two favorite parts of Scrum: estimating by complexity and building vertically.
Humans aren't great at estimating with
granularity at scale lots of big stuff. And in the midst of a project, our process must be adaptable to change without big budget busters. Estimating by relative complexity and building vertically allow a team to prioritize better, be more agile, focus on delivering value rapidly, and iterate to improve a product.
Product ownership and frontend development for an internationalized, localized, responsive website for Forcepoint, powered by Raytheon, the new face of Websense.
Websense's public facing website was powered by an outdated and inflexible CMS.
